The Coffee Mill is owned and operated by Bolte Development Corp. which is a locally owned Blacksburg based business. Bolte Development has diversified into several areas including property management, children's toy and furniture, natural groceries, supplements and food service. The property management division operates only in the New River Valley area. The retail division has multiple operations across the state and currently has stores in Blacksburg, Radford, Roanoke and Charlottesville.
